Hepatitis C Treatment

Those who qualify will be given oral antiviral medication targeted at the Hepatitis C virus. The medication, which is taken daily for 8-12 weeks, is covered by AHCCCS plans and is available to AHCCCS members at no cost. Once you finish the treatment, you will have repeat testing to ensure the hepatitis C virus is no longer present.
